We are a family run business offering a beautiful range of holiday homes available for hire at the popular seaside resort of Filey, Yorkshire. We have holiday homes available in a variety of sizes to suit everyone's needs aiming to make sure you not only enjoy your stay but want to come back year after year with family and friends.

We aim to provide that perfect holiday everyone deserves and we are on hand throughout with any questions you may have while enquiring about one of our holiday homes or when you are staying in one of our properties. All of our staff will not stop until everything is perfect  as we pride ourselves with the quality we provide and our customer service. 

We provide management services to holiday home owners in the Filey area. We take care of lettings, cleaning, maintenance and much more. A personal, tailored service is provided for each property we manage.



All bookings will be covered by our COVID-19 policy.

If any of the holiday resorts close due to a lockdown, (Primrose Valley, Reighton Sands or The Bay) a refund for accommodation or swap of dates will be available for guests due to arrive in the closed period.

If the holiday resort remains open but the booking address faces a local lockdown and travel is not permitted (not just advised against), we will swap your stay to a later date.

If the guests booked are told to isolate due to track and trace or have a positive COVID test, we will swap your stay to a later date. We will ask for proof of a positive test or a text/email/letter asking you to isolate.

Please note, there is no change to paying for your stay due to COVID. If you don’t pay for your stay 6 weeks before, it will be cancelled.

Some facilities at the resorts may be limited and we are not responsible for this, all our accommodation is self catering only. Normal T&Cs still apply to all bookings.
