Location: This cottage is located on the Turnberry Drive area at The Bay. Turnberry Drive is a lovely area around a 2 minute walk to the site facilities and a 1 minute walk to the beach path. There is parking available at the rear of the cottage. 

 

Outside Area: The cottage has a patio area which is off the open plan living area. The patio is complete with a table and 4 chairs and a brick built BBQ. 

Living Area: The cottage has a large, open-plan living area. The lounge has two freestanding sofas and 50’ smart TV with NOW TV. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, tassimo coffee machine, undercounter fridge and an additional freestanding fridge with small freezer compartment. The large dining table seats up to 6 guests. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. 

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The cottage has 2 Bedrooms (1x double and bunkbeds with a 1x single and 1x double) sleeping 5 guests (+1 Infant) in total. Both bedrooms come with their own TVs. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. It also has a downstairs WC. Provided for your convenience is a travel cot, full size cloths airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hoover.

Heating: The cottage is fully central heated which can be controlled by Google Nest. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the cottage is from 4pm on your arrival date. On the cottage we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our main changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. We may be able to cater for alternative arrival and departure days, please ask.
