Location: This holiday home is located on the Bay View area at Primrose Valley and has it's own private drive. Its located around a 1-2 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. The holiday home does have sea views from the living area and decking.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking has outside seating at the front and back of the decking and a gate making it enclosed.

Living Area: The holiday home has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. There is also a dining table seating 4.

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There is 2 Bedrooms (x1 king and x1 twin) including a double sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests in total. Both bedrooms have their own dressing table and TV. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. There is a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom with an additional shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is also provided. 

Heating: The holiday home is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In is from 2pm on your arrival date. We have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the holiday home itself.
