Location: This holiday home is located on the Sycamore Avenue area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking next to the caravan. Its located around a 5-6 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access.
Outside Area: The front decking has outside seating and is assessable from the patio doors.
Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has freestanding furniture, a 42’ TV and a gas fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave and a full size fridge freezer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and along with the double sofa bed, it sleeps 8 guests in total. We do provide fresh bedding for guests and can provide towels at an additional cost. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet and wash basin separate en-suite to the master.
Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also a gas fire in the lounge.
Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 4pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.
Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.

Location: This unique cottage is located on the Sunrise Drive area at The Bay. Sunrise Drive is great for all the family with it's distance to all the facilities on offer. The cottage has parking available at the rear.
Outside Area: The cottage has a patio area which leads off from the lounge. There is a picnic bench for guests to use.
Living Area: The cottage has a separate, spacious living area which isn't that common at The Bay. The lounge has a corner sofa, two seater, armchair, coffee table and 50’ TV. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier and an undercounter fridge. There is a dining table seating up to 8 guests. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The cottage has 3 Bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests in total. The main bedroom is a double with en-suite with shower and its own TV. The second bedroom is a double with its own TV. The third bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and then a zip link bed - this is set up as a double as standard, we can make these into singles if preferred. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a downstairs WC.
