Location: This holiday home is located on the Primrose Field area at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Primrose Field is a lovely area around a 3-4 minute walk to Lakeside, 1-2 minutes for FunWorks and a short walk to the beach path. 

 

Outside Area: The wrap around decking is enclosed with a gate and has outside seating. You can park on the grass besides the caravan.

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area. The lounge has a freestanding sofa and two armchairs, a 50’ TV with DVD player and and electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave and a full size fridge freezer. There is a dining table seating 4. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin) and along with the double sofa bed, it sleeps 6 guests in total.  Both bedrooms have their own TV's and the master bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is also provided.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
