Location: This holiday home is located on the Shearwater (Sea Birds) area at Primrose Valley and has its own private parking space. Its located around a 4-5 minute walk to the main complex and similar for the beach access. This caravan benefits from stunning front row sea views.

Outside Area: The wrap around grey and glass decking is enclosed and has outside seating for 4. 

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa with footstool, a 42’ Smart TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer. The dining area seats 4. Free Wi-Fi available. 

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 king and x1 twin), sleeping 6 guests in total with the double sofa bed. Both bedrooms have their own TVs. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower en-suite to the master.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 2pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
