Location: This holiday home is located on The Lakes area at Primrose Valley. The Lakes is a lovely quite area and this lodge has front row panoramic lake views, its located around a 7-8 minute walk to either Lakeside or FunWorks and a 5 minute walk to the SeaBirds beach path. The pitch has a private drive for one car.

 

Outside Area: The wrap around decking has amazing lake views, has ample outside seating and also has a gate making it enclosed. 

Living Area: The lodge has a large, open-plan living area. The lounge has a two and three seater recliner sofa, a 42’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer. There is a dining table seating 4. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The lodge has 3 Bedrooms (x1 double and x2 twins) sleeping 6 guests in total. The master bedrooms comes with its own tv and lake views from the window seat. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for all guests. The lodge has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet, wash basin and shower en-suite to the master. Both the bathroom and en-suite has underfloor heating. A hairdryer is provided.

Heating: The lodge is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the lodge is from 2pm on your arrival date. On the lodge we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the lodge itself.

While this holiday home is not pet friendly for guests, please note this property is not pet free as the owners do have a dog themselves.
