Location: This cottage is located on the Seaford Avenue area at The Bay. Seaford Avenue is a lovely area around a 3-4 minute walk to the site facilities and a 5 minute walk to the beach path. There is parking available at the front of the cottage. 

 

Outside Area: The cottage has a patio area with picnic bench which is off the lounge and kitchen diner. There is also a large communal space behind the cottage which guests are welcome to use.

Living Area: The cottage has a separate lounge which consists of a corner sofa, armchair, coffee table and a wall mounted TV. The lounge also has patio doors leading to the patio. The large kitchen diner is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, undercounter fridge, dining table seating up to 6 guests, TV and small sofa. The kitchen diner also has patio doors leading to the patio. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. 

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The cottage has 3 Bedrooms sleeping 6 guests (+2 Infants) in total. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three contains two single beds which can be zipped together to make a super king bed on request. The king bedroom and twin room have their own Smart TVs. We do provide fresh bedding and towels for guests. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. It also has a downstairs WC. Provided for your convenience is a travel cot, highchair, full size cloths airer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and hoover.

Heating: The cottage is fully central heated. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the cottage is from 4pm on your arrival date. On the cottage we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our main changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. We may be able to cater for alternative arrival and departure days, please ask.
