Location: This holiday home is located on the Eskdale area at Primrose Valley. Eskdale is a lovely quite area around a 4 minute walk to Lakeside and 7 minutes FunWorks and a short walk to the SeaBirds beach path. The pitch has a private drive.

Outside Area: The wrap around decking is enclosed and has seating for 4. 

Living Area: The caravan has a large, open-plan living area and kitchen which is fully equipped with all your essentials. The lounge has a two and three seater sofa, a 49’ TV and an electric fire. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a full size fridge freezer. The dining area seats 4. Free Wi-Fi is also available. 

 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 2 Bedrooms (x1 double and x1 twin), sleeping 6 guests in total with the double sofa bed. The master bedroom does have its own 32' TV. We do provide fresh bedding for guests. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet and wash basin separate en-suite to the master. A hairdryer is provided.

Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also an electric fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 3pm on your arrival date. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys. The code to access this box is text to you at your arrival time. Check Out is before 10am on your official departure date. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's. 

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost of this holiday home and are to be bought from reception if you wish to use the parks facilities on arrival. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
